  • All orders are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners within Pakistan.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location (typically 2–5 working days).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, worn or used jewellery cannot be returned.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy for full details).

5. Liability

  • Ciara Jewellery is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage caused after purchase.

  • Customers are advised to follow care instructions provided with each item.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, product images, and content on www.ciara.pk are the intellectual property of Ciara Jewellery and may not be used without written permission.
