Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ciara Jewellery. Each piece is crafted with care, and we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No Returns or Exchange on Worn or Used Items
  2. In case of size change, please inform immediately  within 24 hours of delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn, used, or tried jewellery items (including rings, earrings, necklaces, or bracelets).

2. Exchange of Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email or whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange in case it is out of stock.

3. Conditions for Exchange Approval

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping costs for exchange will be the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective).
